Jiangxi Map Poster & Print
This Jiangxi is a town in southeastern Gansu province, in the hilly country near the borders with Shaanxi and Sichuan. It should not be confused with the province of the same name in southern China. Here the terrain is folded and steep, and the map shows a settlement pressed into the valley floor, with roads following the watercourses.
The town serves a rural area where farming takes place on terraced slopes and in the narrow bottomlands. Its layout is shaped mainly by geography, stretching along the valley rather than spreading in every direction.
A Jiangxi map poster presents a long, narrow town set among hills. The main road and river line run side by side, the streets branch off where the valley allows and winding paths climb the slopes beyond. It is a clear portrait of a place defined by its terrain.

The main road runs beside the watercourse, and the two lines run parallel through the town.
Terraced slopes
Paths and farm tracks climb the surrounding hills, and their curving lines hint at the steep ground above the town.
