Central square
Like many towns in the Brazilian interior, Junqueiro's streets organise around a main square and church. This forms the densest part of the map and its natural centre.

Junqueiro Map Poster & Print
Junqueiro is a municipality in the interior of Alagoas, in Brazil's Northeast, set among the rolling agricultural lands between the coast and the drier sertão. From above, the town is a small, dense core. Short blocks sit around a central square, and a few main roads lead out into wide fields.
This part of Alagoas has long been farmed for sugarcane, and the surrounding land shows as broad open spaces with only a thin network of rural roads. The contrast is strong. There is a tight, busy centre, then very little between it and the next settlement. That gives a map of Junqueiro a clear figure-and-ground balance.
A Junqueiro map poster suits someone with a personal tie to the town: a birthplace, a family home or a place of return during the holidays. The composition is modest, with a clear core of streets and roads extending outward. At the right scale it becomes a quiet portrait of a Northeastern interior town.

Outbound roads
A handful of roads leave town toward neighbouring municipalities. They cross the open land as long, gently curving lines that give the poster direction and movement.
Open farmland
Around the town, fields take up most of the space. On a black-and-white poster they read as calm empty areas that make the compact core stand out.

དོན་དག་ཡོད་པའི་ས་ཁྲ།
Many people from the Alagoas interior have moved to Maceió, Recife or São Paulo, and a map of their hometown keeps that origin in view. It is a personal, unshowy piece that marks where a family story began.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line with a name, date or dedication, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Sand has a warm tone that suits the Northeastern landscape.
