Industrial sites
Works sites and their associated housing colonies form distinct blocks on the map. They give the composition a structured, planned element amid the looser settlements.

Khalāri Map Poster & Print
Khalāri lies in the Ranchi district of Jharkhand, in the hilly plateau country of eastern India. The town's development has been closely tied to industry, particularly cement works and coal mining in the surrounding area. From above, the map shows scattered settlements, industrial sites and rail lines threading between forested hills rather than a single dense centre.
The layout reflects that industrial history. Housing colonies and markets cluster around works sites and the railway, while roads wind between them across uneven ground. A Khalāri map poster captures that dispersed pattern: separate pockets of streets linked by roads and rail, surrounded by open land and forest.
The plateau landscape gives the map texture beyond the built-up areas. Hills, streams and patches of forest fill much of the space between the settlements, showing how closely the town is connected to the land around it and to the resources that shaped its growth.
