Krotoszyn Map Poster & Print
Krotoszyn lies in the south of Greater Poland, in gently rolling farmland. Its historic centre follows the classic plan of a Polish market town: a rectangular square at the heart, streets leading away from each corner, and a compact grid of blocks around it. Later districts spread outward from this core.
The town has long been a rail junction, and on the map the lines cutting through and around it are among the strongest features, curving in from several directions. Parks and green spaces lie near the centre, and beyond the outer estates the land returns to fields and woodland.
A Krotoszyn map poster shows the layers clearly: the medieval square, the railway arcs, the later residential streets. In black and white, the ordered old town becomes the focal point, with everything else arranged around it in a readable, balanced composition.

Railway lines
Several lines meet near the town, their long curves crossing the map and shaping how later neighbourhoods developed around them.
Green spaces
Parks and tree-lined areas near the centre appear as open, calm shapes that break up the pattern of streets and blocks.

Krotoszyn's plan is a clear expression of how Polish towns grew, from a medieval square outwards. For residents and those who left, the map is both a piece of home and a handsome piece of urban geometry.
