Langley Park is an unincorporated community in Prince George's County, Maryland, just beyond the northern edge of Washington, D.C. Its map centres on the intersection of University Boulevard and New Hampshire Avenue, two wide arterial roads that cross near the middle of the neighbourhood. Commercial strips run along both.
Behind the main roads, the area is filled with mid-century garden apartment complexes, set around courtyards and parking areas, together with streets of small houses. Langley Park is known as one of the region's most important Latino and immigrant communities. The historic McCormick-Goodhart Mansion, now home to the advocacy organisation CASA, stands inside the neighbourhood.
