Hill-shaped streets
Many of the town's roads bend with the terrain instead of following a grid. That gives the poster a softer, more organic character than lowland towns.

Macenta Map Poster & Print
Macenta lies in the Forest Region of south-eastern Guinea, not far from the border with Liberia. The terrain is hilly and well wooded, and the town has grown to match it. From above, its streets curve around the rises and follow the lines of valleys, and the main roads leave the town by winding routes rather than straight lines.
The prefecture around Macenta is agricultural, with crops grown in clearings among the forest, and the town serves as a market and administrative centre for the surrounding villages. Roads connect it with other towns of the Forest Region, and they appear on the map as long, sinuous lines through open country.
A Macenta map poster reflects that setting: a modest street network shaped by hills, with rural roads winding away into the countryside. It is a calm, honest image of a highland town in West Africa.

Winding approach roads
The main routes in and out of Macenta curve through the forested hills. They draw long flowing lines across the edges of the frame.
Forest surroundings
Beyond the built-up area, the map opens into countryside with scattered tracks and settlements. The town stands out as a clear knot of streets in the middle.
