Macuelizo Map Poster & Print
Macuelizo is a municipality in the Santa Bárbara Department of western Honduras. Its town centre is small, with a handful of streets arranged around a central square, while most of the municipality consists of hilly countryside, farmland and villages connected by rural roads.
On the map, the settlement pattern is loose and organic. Roads follow valleys and ridgelines, streams drain the slopes, and small clusters of buildings appear where routes meet. The area is part of the agricultural landscape of northwestern Honduras, where the terrain has a strong influence on how people have built and travelled.
A Macuelizo map poster suits a wider frame, showing the town centre as a compact point within a web of winding roads and waterways. In black and white, the linework captures a quiet, rural geography that is far from any grid, shaped instead by the land.

Winding rural roads
Roads follow the contours of the hills and valleys, linking outlying villages to the centre in long, curving lines across the countryside.
Streams and valleys
Small watercourses run down the slopes between settlements, adding fine natural lines that reveal the shape of the terrain.
