Naraini Map Poster & Print
Naraini is a small town in the Bundelkhand region of central India, an area of dry plains, rocky outcrops and low hills along the borderlands of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. From above, the town is a compact knot of lanes and houses, with roads leading out across farmland toward surrounding villages.
The layout grew organically. The main roads meet at the heart of the town, where the lanes are narrowest and the buildings closest together. Around this core, the pattern loosens into scattered houses and plots, and small tanks and ponds appear as clean shapes among the streets, a common feature in this part of India where water is carefully stored.
A Naraini map poster shows a regional town in its simplest form: a busy centre, roads radiating to the countryside and open land beyond. There is no grand plan, only the practical logic of a market place. That directness gives the print a quiet honesty and makes it a clear record of home.

Water tanks
Ponds and tanks appear as solid shapes among the lanes, a familiar feature of Bundelkhand, where storing water through the dry season has long mattered.
Open plains
Beyond the edge of town, the map opens onto wide farmland and scattered hills, leaving generous empty space around the compact built-up area.
