Nilanga Map Poster & Print
Nilanga is a town in Latur district, in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra, not far from the border with Karnataka. It lies on the broad, open Deccan plateau, a landscape of black-soil farmland, seasonal streams and long straight roads between towns. The map reflects that setting in its simple, spacious lines.
The older part of town is a dense cluster of narrow streets, with markets and temples close together. Around it, newer neighbourhoods spread out in more regular blocks along the main roads, and beyond them the streets quickly give way to fields. It is a working town that serves the farming villages around it.
A Nilanga map poster presents the town as a small, legible composition: a tight core, a few confident roads leading away across the plateau and a ring of gradual growth in between. For people from the town who now live in Pune, Mumbai or further away, it is a clear picture of home.

Radiating roads
Main roads lead out towards Latur and neighbouring towns in long, direct lines, which gives the composition a strong, star-like structure.
Fields at the edge
The built-up area gives way quickly to open farmland, which leaves generous blank space around the town and suits a minimalist print.
