Okolona Map Poster & Print
Okolona lies in the southern part of Louisville Metro in Kentucky. On a map it reads as classic American postwar suburbia. Preston Highway runs through it as a strong north–south spine, and wide arterials cross it at regular intervals. Between them, residential streets curl into loops, crescents and dead ends, laid out one subdivision at a time.
The texture changes block by block. Commercial strips along the main roads show up as larger parcels with sparse street lines. The neighbourhoods behind them fill in with dense, curving patterns. To the north and west, the big open shapes of Louisville's airport and industrial land break the pattern and give the composition a clear edge.
A Okolona map poster captures that layered suburban geometry clearly. Printed in black on white, the curling cul-de-sacs look almost like fingerprints, each subdivision with its own signature. It suits anyone who grew up along these streets or still drives Preston Highway every day, and it makes an ordinary landscape look deliberate and well designed.

Subdivision loops
Residential streets form loops, crescents and cul-de-sacs typical of mid-century American suburbs. At print scale they make an intricate, almost organic pattern between the arterials.
Airport edge
Louisville's airport and the industrial land around it sit to the north and west. On the map, their broad, open shapes contrast with the fine residential grain of Okolona.

A map of Okolona is for people who know it from the inside: the school runs, the shopping trips, the first house. The poster turns an everyday suburb into a considered piece of design, well suited to a living room, a home office, or a housewarming gift.
Add your own title, subtitle and coordinates, perhaps a street name or a moving-in date, and pick one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. A free watermarked preview shows the result first. The $9 HD download includes 300 DPI PNG and print-ready PDF files.
