Olival Map Poster & Print
Olival lies in the Lisbon region, in the densely built zone of suburbs west of the capital toward Sintra. On a map, the area reads as a close-knit mosaic of apartment blocks, winding residential streets and larger roads that carry traffic in and out of the city.
The terrain here is gently hilly, and many streets curve to follow it rather than forming a strict grid. An Olival map poster shows how neighbourhoods fit together in irregular shapes, with small parks and empty lots creating pauses in the pattern.
Like much of the Lisbon suburban belt, the area is threaded by major transport corridors, and those long lines divide the map into distinct pieces. The combination of heavy infrastructure and fine residential detail makes for a print that feels both structured and intricate.

Curving streets
Many residential roads bend with the gently rising ground, giving the district a softer look than the regular grids found in central Lisbon.
Transport corridors
Wide roads and rail lines serving the capital cut straight through the area, slicing the dense pattern into separate neighbourhoods.
