The limestone cliff
Along the northern shore, the island rises in a low limestone scarp, part of the Baltic Klint. It gives this side of the outline a firm, straight edge.

Osmussaar Map Poster & Print
Osmussaar lies off Estonia's northwest coast, near the entrance to the Gulf of Finland. Its Swedish name, Odensholm, reflects the Estonian Swedish community that lived here for centuries. From above it is small and fairly compact, with a low, stony shore on most sides and a limestone cliff running along the north, part of the Baltic Klint that also shapes the mainland coast.
The island is now a protected landscape with very few residents. Its surface is scattered with large glacial boulders, and a lighthouse stands near the northern shore. Tracks cross the island between the old farmsteads, church ruins and the landing place, leaving a light, open network on the map.
An Osmussaar map poster is simple and clear: a single outline, a handful of paths and a great deal of surrounding water. The cliff edge and the shallow shoals around the island give the drawing its texture. It suits anyone with roots in the Estonian Swedish coastal villages or a memory of a boat trip across.

Lighthouse
A lighthouse stands near the northern coast, marking the entrance to the Gulf of Finland. It is one of the few built features on the island's map.
Open interior
Much of the island is heath, juniper and scattered boulders crossed by thin tracks. On the map this leaves a calm, largely empty space inside the coastline.

དོན་དག་ཡོད་པའི་ས་ཁྲ།
Osmussaar is a map for descendants of the island's Swedish-speaking families, for naturalists and for anyone drawn to remote Baltic islands. Its small, clean outline sits well on a wall with plenty of space around it.
The title, subtitle and coordinates can be personalised with Osmussaar, Odensholm or a family name and year. Blueprint suits the surrounding shoals and sea, while Paper gives the island a quieter, archival look.
