Oxkutzkab Map Poster & Print
Oxkutzcab, also written Oxkutzkab, is a town in the south of Yucatán state, near the Puuc hills, the only real rise in an otherwise flat peninsula. Its centre follows the colonial pattern common across the region: a regular grid of numbered streets around a main square, with the Franciscan church and convent facing the plaza.
The town is known as the orchard of Yucatán. Citrus groves and other fruit farms surround it, and its market is one of the busiest in the region for fresh produce. Around the grid, the map loosens into plots and orchards divided by straight farm roads.
The Loltún caves, one of the largest cave systems on the peninsula, lie a short distance away, and several Puuc-style Maya sites are within reach. An Oxkutzcab map poster shows the grid clearly, with a strong centre, straight streets and a gentle rise of hills to the south.

Plaza and convent
The central square and the Franciscan church and convent form the heart of the grid, the largest open space in the old centre.
Orchard belt
Around the town, fruit groves and farm plots create a looser pattern of fields and tracks that frames the tidy streets.

For people from Oxkutzcab, the grid, the plaza and the road to the orchards are part of daily life. A map poster keeps that picture at home, and its clear, regular pattern works especially well in black and white.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps with a family name or wedding date, and choose Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Printed posters come on matte paper, with an optional wooden frame.
