Rāmgarh Map Poster & Print
Rāmgarh is in the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan, on the sandy plains where the Thar Desert begins. The town was built by wealthy merchant families, and its map still reflects that. The centre is a dense network of lanes between large courtyard houses, temples and step wells, all enclosed within a compact area.
The town is best known for its painted havelis, whose walls are covered in murals, and for its memorial chhatris, domed pavilions built for the merchant families. On the map, their courtyards appear as small open squares inside solid blocks. Outside the old core, the streets open up and give way to farmland, dunes and roads leading to neighbouring towns.
A Rāmgarh map poster is about density and contrast: a finely detailed old town set against the wide, empty plain of the Thar edge. It suits anyone who has walked through Shekhawati and wants a record of its layout rather than its colours.

Narrow lanes
Lanes wind between the havelis and temples with few straight runs. They create a fine, intricate texture at the centre of the poster.
Desert margin
Beyond the town, sandy fields and low dunes stretch away. On the map, they are mostly empty space, which makes the old core look even more compact.
