The rail line cuts through town, the original reason for its founding, and gives the surrounding street grid a clear axis to align with.

Riverbank Map Poster & Print
Riverbank sits in Stanislaus County in California's Central Valley, between Modesto and Oakdale. The town grew up around the Santa Fe railway, and its map still reflects that origin: a straight rail line crosses the area, with a grid of streets on either side. Newer subdivisions spread outward in curving loops and cul-de-sacs typical of Californian suburbs.
To the north the Stanislaus River winds through a band of trees, marking the edge of town with a soft, meandering line. The river gave the town its name, and parks along its bank are among the few places where the orderly grid gives way to natural curves. Beyond the built-up area, orchards and farm fields create a regular pattern of their own.
A Riverbank map poster balances those two characters: the right angles of a railroad town and the loose curves of a valley river. It suits anyone who grew up in the area, works in the agricultural economy of the valley or simply appreciates a clear, well-structured map with one natural feature to anchor it.

Stanislaus River
The river curves along the northern edge within a strip of riverside woodland, the only strongly irregular line on the map.
Orchard grid
Farmland and orchards around town are divided into neat rectangles, extending the geometry of the streets into the surrounding Central Valley.

དོན་དག་ཡོད་པའི་ས་ཁྲ།
Riverbank is the kind of town people describe by landmarks rather than addresses: the tracks, the river, the road to Oakdale. A map poster puts all of them on one sheet and makes a considered housewarming or graduation gift.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line to suit the occasion, then pick from five styles. Classic black & white keeps things clean, Sand has a warmer, sun-bleached feel, and Blueprint emphasises the grid. Printed posters come on matte paper, with an optional wooden frame.
