Santa Vitória Map Poster & Print
Santa Vitória lies in the far west of Minas Gerais, in the Triângulo Mineiro region, not far from the Paranaíba River and the border with Goiás. The surrounding land is broad and gently rolling, given over mainly to cattle and large-scale crops. From above, the town is a neat grid of blocks laid out on almost level ground.
The streets cross mostly at right angles, with a few wider avenues giving the plan a clear structure. Around the edge the grid ends cleanly, and the map opens into rural roads that cut across large fields. To the west, the dammed Paranaíba spreads into a wide reservoir, which changes the character of the wider region.
A Santa Vitória map poster shows a town of order and space: a tidy urban rectangle set in a very large agricultural landscape. The drawing is clean and restrained and suits a room that calls for calm rather than detail.
