Canal lines
Irrigation channels fed by the Indus cross the plain in long straight strokes. They give the map its main structure and a strong linear rhythm.

Setharja Old Map Poster & Print
Setharja Old lies in Khairpur district in upper Sindh, on the broad alluvial plain of the Indus. It is a modest place, and the map shows it honestly: a compact cluster of streets and houses surrounded by farmland. The countryside here is organised by water rather than by hills or coastlines.
The main lines on the map are canals and watercourses fed by the Indus irrigation system, running in long, deliberate strokes across the fields. Roads follow them or cross them at right angles, and the town sits where several of these routes meet. The wider district is known for its date palms, and orchards break up the field pattern around many villages.
A Setharja Old map poster is less about monuments than about the order of a working landscape. The centre is dense and irregular, the surroundings almost diagrammatic, and together they make a clean, graphic print. It suits someone who knows the place through family, farming or a first home.

Dense old core
The older part of town packs houses and lanes tightly together. This forms a dark, textured centre that contrasts with the open fields around it.
Orchard country
Khairpur district is known for dates. The orchards and field plots around the town add a patchwork of small shapes to the surrounding plain.

People from rural Sindh often carry a very exact picture of home: the canal they crossed, the road to the market, the fields at the edge of town. This map puts that picture on paper, drawn precisely and without clutter.
