Tibati Map Poster & Print
Tibati lies in the Adamaoua region of central Cameroon, on the plateau that separates the country's forested south from its drier north. On a map the town is a loose network of streets set in open, rolling land, with roads leading away across long distances to other regional centres.
The most striking element nearby is water. Lake Mbakaou, a large reservoir on the Djérem River, spreads its irregular, branching shoreline close to the town. In a black and white rendering the lake appears as a wide, many-fingered shape, far larger than the town itself, and it gives the composition an unusual balance.
Tibati has long been the seat of a traditional lamidat, a Fulbe chieftaincy, and remains an important local centre. A Tibati map poster shows a town defined by its setting rather than by density: modest streets, big distances, and a lake whose outline could almost be a drawing of a river delta.

Town streets
The settlement forms a relatively open pattern of streets, less dense than a large city, with space between blocks that reads clearly at poster scale.
Plateau roads
Long roads cross the Adamaoua plateau from Tibati toward other towns, drawn as thin, extended lines that emphasise the scale of the region.
