Old town core
The historic centre around the Sint-Petrusbanden church keeps a dense, irregular street pattern, the tightest grain in the whole map.

Venray Map Poster & Print
Venray is the main town of the northern part of Limburg, set on flat ground a short distance west of the Maas. Its map shows a compact historic centre from which roads fan out to surrounding villages, with newer residential districts filling the spaces between those spokes.
The large Sint-Petrusbanden church marks the heart of the old town, and the streets around it keep the irregular, close-knit shape of a long-established market settlement. Beyond the ring of later neighbourhoods, the landscape opens into farmland, woods and heath, with the motorway running along the edge of the town.
The area around Venray saw heavy fighting in the autumn of 1944, during the battles that followed Operation Market Garden, and the war museum in nearby Overloon recalls that period. A Venray map poster shows a quiet, well-ordered Dutch town whose radiating roads tie it to the countryside around it.

Radiating roads
Roads leave the centre in several directions toward surrounding villages, giving the town a clear spoke-like structure from above.
Woods and heath
Beyond the built-up area, patches of woodland and heath break up the farmland, adding softer shapes to the edges of the frame.

For people raised in Venray or its villages, the map is recognisable at a glance: the church at the centre, the roads heading out to familiar places. It makes a quiet, personal piece for a home that is now somewhere else.
Add your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps the name of your village or the year you moved, and choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
