Winding village roads
Lanes curve through fields and plantations instead of following a grid. They create a loose, organic network across the poster.

Verukulambu Map Poster & Print
Verukulambu is in Kanyakumari district, at the southern end of Tamil Nadu. This is one of the greenest parts of the state, with heavy rainfall and the foothills of the Western Ghats not far away. On a map, the settlement is spread out, with houses along winding roads rather than grouped into one compact centre.
The land around it is divided among paddy fields, coconut and rubber plantations, and small irrigation tanks. Villages merge into one another here, so the map shows a continuous, loose network of roads and scattered buildings instead of clear town boundaries.
A Verukulambu map poster reflects that softness. There are few straight lines. Roads curve around fields and water, small tanks appear as rounded shapes, and houses follow the lanes. In print, the result looks almost like lace: detailed, irregular and evenly spread across the sheet.

Irrigation tanks
Small reservoirs are scattered among the fields. They show up as soft, rounded shapes in the street pattern.
Continuous settlement
Houses spread along roads and merge into neighbouring villages. This gives the map an even, lace-like texture.
