Xifeng Map Poster & Print
Xifeng is a county in Tieling, in the north of Liaoning Province in northeast China. Its main town sits in a valley among low, rolling hills, and from above the urban area is compact, with a regular pattern of streets surrounded by farmland and wooded slopes.
The town serves as the administrative and market centre for a largely agricultural county. Main roads run through it and connect it to Tieling and neighbouring counties, and the town's streets follow the flat valley ground before giving way to fields and villages on the surrounding slopes.
A Xifeng map poster shows a modest county town in clear outline: a tidy grid of blocks, the roads that link it to the region, and the open hills around it. Presented simply, the contrast between built-up centre and open countryside becomes the heart of the design.
