Ylöjärvi Map Poster & Print
Ylöjärvi lies just northwest of Tampere, and its map is defined by lakes. Water appears in every direction, from the shores of Näsijärvi to smaller lakes and ponds set among forests. The town centre forms a modest cluster of streets, while residential areas and roads extend outward through woodland, following the gaps between the water.
The municipality grew considerably when Viljakkala joined in 2007 and Kuru in 2009, stretching its borders far to the north. Part of Seitseminen National Park, known for its old-growth forest and bogs, lies within the wider Ylöjärvi area, making it a common destination for walkers from Tampere.
A Ylöjärvi map poster is mostly an image of shorelines. Irregular lakes cut the frame into many shapes, forest roads weave between them, and the built area occupies only a small part of the design. In Blueprint or Noir, the water becomes especially striking, showing how closely the town lives alongside the Finnish lake landscape.

Scattered small lakes
Across the municipality, many smaller lakes and ponds break the forest into distinct patches, giving the poster a characteristic Finnish pattern of land and water.
Seitseminen area
To the north, part of Seitseminen National Park lies within the wider Ylöjärvi region, with forest and bog landscapes largely free of streets and buildings.
