Zwijndrecht Map Poster & Print
Zwijndrecht lies on the Oude Maas, directly opposite the historic city of Dordrecht in South Holland. The river forms the town's southern edge, and the map shows the typical Dutch pattern of a waterfront built along a dike, with residential districts stretching inland across reclaimed land.
Several bridges cross the Oude Maas here, carrying road and railway traffic between Zwijndrecht and Dordrecht. The rail line toward Rotterdam and the A16 motorway both pass through the area, straight lines through the flat landscape. Inside the town, neighbourhoods follow the planned layouts of the postwar decades, with streets arranged around water features and green spaces.
The older dike village along the river retains a narrow, linear shape, with houses lined up along the water. A Zwijndrecht map poster shows this combination of river, dike and polder, and the view across to the old harbours of Dordrecht.

River crossings
Road and rail bridges span the Oude Maas, drawn as straight lines connecting the two banks and the two towns.
Dike and polder
A narrow line of houses follows the river dike, while planned neighbourhoods fill the polder behind it with a regular pattern of streets and water.

དོན་དག་ཡོད་པའི་ས་ཁྲ།
Zwijndrecht is a home for many commuters and families in the Drechtsteden region. A map of the town with the river and the view to Dordrecht makes a clear, personal print, with a street name or a year in the title.
Blueprint suits a place so defined by water, and Classic black and white keeps it simple. Noir, Paper and Sand are also available, and printed posters can be delivered with a wooden frame.
