Cocorote Map Poster & Print
Cocorote is a municipality in the state of Yaracuy in north-central Venezuela. It forms part of the urban area that has grown around the state capital, San Felipe. From above, the town does not have a single hard edge. Its streets merge with those of neighbouring municipalities into one continuous built-up band that runs along the floor of the valley.
The terrain explains the shape. The flat land where most of the streets are laid out is framed by hills and higher ground, so the town has filled the valley in a broadly linear way. The streets are mostly regular, with blocks aligned to the main roads that connect Cocorote with San Felipe and the surrounding communities. Farmland and slopes show at the margins.
A Cocorote map poster captures the town within its wider setting: the valley grid, the roads tying it to its neighbours, and the start of the hillsides at the edge of the frame. In a single colour, the joined-up streets and the boundary with the rising land become the main features. It is a clear picture of a place defined by its valley and its connections.

Valley floor grid
Most of the town is laid out in regular blocks on flat ground. The result is an orderly street texture that follows the direction of the valley.
Hillside margins
At the edge of the built-up area, streets give way to hills and farmland. This softens the outline of the map and shows how terrain limits the town's growth.
