Central grid
The heart of Huaral is laid out in regular blocks around a main square. This makes a tidy, even texture at the centre of the print, which loosens as the town reaches its outer districts.

Huaral Map Poster & Print
Huaral is the capital of Huaral Province in the Lima region, about eighty kilometres north of the capital. It sits in the Chancay valley, one of the green river corridors that cross Peru's arid coastal strip on their way from the Andes to the Pacific. From above, the contrast is striking: a compact urban core, a wide band of cultivated land around it, and bare desert hills farther out.
The town's layout follows the familiar pattern of Spanish-founded settlements in Peru. It has a central square, straight streets meeting at right angles, and blocks that grow less regular towards the edges. Beyond the built-up area, the map breaks into long, narrow parcels and the thin lines of irrigation channels. Those channels carry river water out across the valley floor and make farming possible in such a dry climate.
A Huaral map poster captures that meeting of order and terrain. The grid gives the centre a steady rhythm. Roads leave it towards the coast and up the valley towards the mountains, and the Chancay river cuts a softer, looser line past the town. In a minimal black-and-white rendering, the valley reads clearly as an inhabited stretch of land between sea and sierra.

Chancay river corridor
The Chancay river runs through the valley close to town. Its channel and the green strip along it form the natural spine that the whole settlement and its farmland depend on.
Fields and channels
Around the urban edge, the map turns into a patchwork of long plots and irrigation lines. It is a delicate pattern that shows how agriculture shapes this coastal valley.

Miksi Huaral
Kartta, jolla on merkitystä
Huaral means different things to different people: a hometown, a family link to the valley's farms, or a stop between Lima and the northern coast. A map of its streets and fields keeps that connection in view, and it looks quietly graphic on a living-room wall or above a desk.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line are all editable, so you can add a name, a date or a short dedication. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The $9 digital download includes six print sizes as 300 DPI PNG and print-ready PDF, and printed posters ship from partners in more than 30 countries.
