Central grid
The core of town follows a regular pattern of short, rectangular blocks, which gives the centre of the print a dense, even texture compared with the open land around it.

Itaí Map Poster & Print
From above, Itaí is a small, orderly town in the interior of São Paulo state. Its centre is a tight grid of short blocks, and near the edges it gives way to looser residential streets. Beyond those, the land opens into large agricultural plots, and a handful of rural roads run out across them toward neighbouring towns.
The municipality sits in the Paranapanema basin, where dams have turned stretches of river into long, branching reservoirs. On a map, that water adds irregular shorelines and fingers of open space to what would otherwise be a landscape of fields and straight roads. The contrast between the neat urban grid and the uneven water gives the composition its character.
An Itaí map poster turns that small-town geometry into a quiet graphic study. Rendered in black lines on white, the blocks of the centre read almost like a woven pattern, and the roads leaving town fade toward the edges of the sheet. It suits anyone with roots in the São Paulo interior, where towns of this scale are common but each one is distinct.

Reservoir country
Dammed rivers in the Paranapanema basin form wide, branching bodies of water in the region, and their irregular outlines break up the straight lines of the farm roads.
Rural road network
Country roads leave the town in several directions, crossing wide agricultural parcels and linking Itaí to the other small municipalities of this part of the state.

Miksi Itaí
Kartta, jolla on merkitystä
People hang a map of Itaí because it is home, or was once, or because a family story began there. A town this size rarely shows up on printed maps, so a poster centred on its own streets becomes a personal, specific object rather than a generic souvenir.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with a family name, a date or the year you moved away. Pick one of five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, to match the room it will hang in.
