Bazaar core
The oldest part of town is a dense cluster of narrow lanes around the market. On the poster it forms the darkest, most intricate area.

Ang mapa
Bāh Map Poster & Print
Bāh is a town and tehsil headquarters in Agra district, Uttar Pradesh, in the far south-east corner of the district. From above, it has a dense central bazaar, lanes branching out from it, and roads leading away to the surrounding villages. Beyond the town, the land breaks into the eroded ravines typical of the Yamuna and Chambal valleys, with fields between the gullies.
The area is agricultural and deeply rural, and the town acts as the local centre for trade and administration. The Bateshwar temple complex, on a bend of the Yamuna, lies within the same tehsil and draws pilgrims and a well-known seasonal fair. That gives the wider area a significance beyond its size.
A Bāh map poster captures a pattern common across the plains of northern India: a tight knot of streets at the centre, looser housing at the edges, and a web of rural roads spreading out. In fine black lines the town looks almost organic, with no imposed grid, only paths that grew with use.

Radiating roads
Roads leave the centre in several directions toward nearby villages and towns. They give the map a loose star shape instead of a planned layout.
Ravine country
The land around Bāh is cut by gullies draining toward the Yamuna and Chambal. The road network bends to follow the higher, flatter ground between them.
