Edgewood sits in Harford County, where the land breaks up into necks and inlets along the upper Chesapeake Bay. From above, the community lies between two tidal rivers, the Bush and the Gunpowder. Their branching creeks cut deep into the shoreline and give the map an uneven, feathered outline.
