Fokino is a small town in Primorsky Krai in Russia's Far East, southeast of Vladivostok. It is a closed administrative territory, long associated with the Pacific Fleet, and until the 1990s it was known by a coded name. The town sits among hills near the shores of Strelok Bay, part of the complex coastline of Peter the Great Gulf.
