Kaarina is a town in Southwest Finland, bordering Turku to the east and southeast. Its map is a mix of land and water: residential districts with curving streets and cul-de-sacs sit close to the city, while the southern part of the municipality opens onto bays, straits and islands at the start of the Archipelago Sea.
