Town centre grid
The commercial core is a small, regular grid where the main roads converge. On the map it reads as a neat, dense patch in a mostly open landscape.

Ang mapa
Kericho Map Poster & Print
Kericho sits on the western side of the Kenyan highlands, at around two thousand metres. It is the centre of the country's largest tea-growing region. The town itself is small and compact: a central grid of streets, a few main roads running out, and residential areas scattered on the surrounding slopes.
What makes the map distinctive is the land around the town. Tea estates cover the rolling hills in every direction, divided into blocks by estate roads and bands of trees. The region's steady rainfall, which often arrives in the afternoon, keeps the bushes green all year and supports one of the world's major tea-producing areas.
A Kericho map poster places the town's grid within that working landscape. Streams and small rivers wind through the valleys, and estate roads trace long curves across the hillsides. It is an unusual composition, as much about agriculture as about urban form, and it is a meaningful choice for anyone connected to Kenyan tea.

Tea estate roads
Curving estate tracks follow the contours of the hills and divide the tea fields into large blocks. They give the outer map a flowing, layered rhythm.
Valley streams
Small rivers and streams run through the folds between the hills, adding fine winding lines that follow the shape of the highland terrain.
