Ang mapa
Logansport Map Poster & Print
Logansport, the seat of Cass County in north-central Indiana, grew up where the Eel River flows into the Wabash. From above, the rivers are the first thing you see. They cut the city into distinct sections, and bridges join those sections back together. The downtown grid sits near the confluence, compact and orderly beside the curving water.
The rivers' bends and islands give the map an unusually varied outline for a city of this size. Residential streets spread out on both banks. Railways once made the town an important rail centre, and their lines still cross the plan. Riverside Park, along the Eel, is home to the Cass County Carousel, a hand-carved Dentzel carousel listed as a National Historic Landmark.
A Logansport map poster is essentially a portrait of a confluence. The meeting of two rivers, the bridges and the downtown streets around them make a composition with a clear centre and plenty of movement. It works framed tight on downtown or wider to show the full sweep of both rivers.

River bridges
Several road bridges cross the rivers. They appear as short, bold links between the city's sections and show how much Logansport depends on its crossings.

People hang a map of Logansport because the rivers make it instantly recognisable to anyone who has lived there. It is a quiet piece of local pride for a living room or office, and a gift for someone who has moved away from Cass County.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, and choose one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Digital files cost $9 and include six sizes as 300 DPI PNG and PDF. You can also order a printed poster, framed if you like.
