Ang mapa
Morden Map Poster & Print
Morden sits in the London Borough of Merton, at the very end of the Northern line. Before the Underground arrived in 1926 the area was largely rural, and the map still shows how quickly it filled: interwar streets of semi-detached houses laid out in curves and crescents, spreading around the station in a pattern far more planned than older inner London.
To the south-east lies the St Helier estate, a large interwar council estate built by the London County Council, where tree-lined avenues and short closes form an unusually regular, garden-city pattern. To the north, Morden Hall Park opens a large green space along the River Wandle, which winds through meadows and old mill channels, a welcome irregularity in the suburban grid.
Morden is also home to the Baitul Futuh Mosque, one of the largest mosques in Western Europe, whose site reads as a distinct block on the map. A Morden map poster shows a slice of outer London that is often passed through but seldom looked at closely, the terminus, the park, the river and the crescents around them.

Northern line terminus
The station and its depot mark the southern end of the line, and the roads around them radiate outward, making the terminus the natural centre of the composition.
St Helier estate
Built between the wars, the estate's long avenues, crescents and closes create a remarkably consistent pattern, one of the clearest examples of planned housing in outer London.

Bakit Morden
Isang mapang may kahulugan
Morden is where many Londoners first bought a house, raised children or commuted from for decades, and its map is recognisable to anyone who has ridden the Northern line to the end. It makes a fitting piece for a hallway or a new home.
You can title it Morden, SM4 or anything else, add a subtitle with a year, and edit the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and order a matte print with an optional wooden frame or download the HD files for $9.
