Ang mapa
Scaggsville Map Poster & Print
Scaggsville is an unincorporated community in southern Howard County, Maryland, roughly between Baltimore and Washington. On a map it has no traditional centre. It appears instead as a pattern of suburban streets, curving roads and cul-de-sacs organised around a few main routes, with wooded strips and stream valleys running between the neighbourhoods.
Route 216 and US 29 are the main lines through the area, with Interstate 95 not far to the east. To the south the land drops to the Patuxent River, where the Rocky Gorge Reservoir forms a long, narrow body of water along the county border, edged by forest.
A Scaggsville map poster makes the suburban pattern something to look at: loops, dead ends and branching roads drawn in a clean line against open space. The reservoir gives the composition a strong natural edge, and the main roads anchor the looser neighbourhood streets around them.

Route 216
This road crosses the area east to west, one of the main lines that the looser pattern of residential streets hangs from.
Cul-de-sac pattern
Neighbourhood streets curve and end in rounded loops, a pattern that becomes surprisingly graphic when drawn in fine black lines.

Bakit Scaggsville
Isang mapang may kahulugan
Suburban places often matter most to the people who live there: the street where the kids grew up, the route to school, the reservoir trail. This map keeps all of that together.
Add a family name, an address or the year you moved in to the title and subtitle, and edit the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
