Cherry Hill Map Poster & Print
Cherry Hill is a community in Prince William County, Virginia, on the western shore of the Potomac River south of Washington, D.C. It lies near the town of Dumfries and within the busy corridor of Interstate 95 and U.S. Route 1, which link northern Virginia with the capital and the south. The river and its tidal creeks give the area a clear natural edge.
On a map the Potomac shoreline and the creeks feeding into it frame the area. Residential neighbourhoods spread across the higher ground in curving streets and cul-de-sacs, typical of suburban Virginia, while wooded land and wetlands follow the water. A rail line runs near the river, and the major highways pass to the west, forming long parallel lines.
A Cherry Hill map poster captures a place where suburban streets meet a wide tidal river. The broad sweep of the Potomac on one side and the fine, looping streets on the other make a composition with strong contrast. It is a fitting choice for residents, for military families posted nearby and for anyone with a home along the river.

Tidal creeks
Creeks reach inland from the Potomac and cut the land into separate sections. Their winding shapes add irregular lines to the suburban pattern.
Highway corridor
I-95 and Route 1 run roughly north to south to the west. They appear as long straight lines that contrast with the curving local streets.
