Seen from above, Euless belongs to the Mid-Cities, the band of suburbs between Dallas and Fort Worth. The street pattern is mostly postwar and late-century suburban. Curving residential loops and cul-de-sacs sit inside a coarser grid of arterial roads, and wide highway corridors cross the city and split it into distinct pieces. The main feature on the eastern side is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, one of the busiest airports in the world, which borders the city. Its long parallel runways and terminal loops are some of the few large, clean geometric shapes in the area.
