Of Map Poster & Print
Of is on the eastern Black Sea coast in Trabzon Province, where a river valley opens onto the sea. From above, the town forms a narrow band along the shore. The coastal highway runs along its seaward edge, and the land rises sharply behind, so the streets spread along the coast and up into the mouth of the valley instead of deep inland.
The hills around Of are covered in tea gardens, typical of this rainy coast. The valley road inland leads toward Çaykara and the mountain lake of Uzungöl, a well-known destination in the region. The town's two-letter name is one of the shortest place names in Turkey, and it is remembered for that alone.
An Of map poster is shaped by the meeting of sea, river and mountain. The straight line of the shore, the curve of the river mouth and the streets climbing the lower slopes create a compact image with a clear sense of place. Even without colour, the steep land behind the town is easy to sense.

Zašto Of
Karta koja nešto znači
For people from the eastern Black Sea, a map of Of brings the coast and the tea hills home, and its famously short name makes a memorable title. The strip of town between sea and slope is also a strong shape on paper.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be changed to anything you like, a family name or the year you left for the city, for example. There are five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. It comes as a digital file or a printed poster.
