Atlantic shoreline
The coast runs down the sheet as a single long line, and the ocean fills one side of the poster as open space that balances the small street pattern.

Pitimbu Map Poster & Print
Pitimbu sits on the southern coast of Paraíba, close to the border with Pernambuco, where the Brazilian shoreline runs almost straight north to south. From above, the town is a narrow settlement pressed against the Atlantic. A few streets run parallel to the sand, and short lanes lead inland from them until the buildings give way to vegetation and farmland.
The coast here is not one unbroken beach. Small rivers and estuaries cut through it, and on a map they appear as pale gaps in the line of the shore. In black and white the sea becomes a large, calm field on one side of the sheet. The built area thins out as it moves away from it, which gives the composition a clear direction.
A Pitimbu map poster suits people who want a coastal print that feels unpolished and specific. Fishing has long shaped life here, and the town's scale is still modest compared with the state capital further north. The map records that honestly: short blocks, sandy tracks, and the long edge of the ocean running the full height of the frame.

River mouths
Small estuaries break the beach at intervals. On the map they show up as soft notches where fresh water reaches the sea, adding detail to an otherwise straight coast.
Shore-parallel streets
The main streets follow the line of the beach, with shorter connectors heading inland. The grid stays loose, and it thins into open ground within a few blocks.

Zašto Pitimbu
Karta koja nešto znači
For anyone who spent summers on the Paraíba coast, or has family in a fishing town like this one, the map brings back the particular place rather than a general idea of the beach. It works in a hallway, a bedroom or a small holiday home.
You can personalise the title and subtitle, for example with a family name or the year of a trip, and edit the coordinates line. Choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Sand pairs naturally with a coastal subject.
