Stillwater Map Poster & Print
Stillwater lies in north-central Oklahoma, in rolling prairie country. The town was settled after the Land Run of 1889, and its street plan shows it clearly: a square grid aligned with the compass, extended in every direction as the town grew. Stillwater Creek winds through the south and west, one of the few natural curves in the plan.
The city is best known as the home of Oklahoma State University. The campus takes up a large part of the map northwest of downtown, with quads, long academic buildings, parking areas and athletic facilities, including Boone Pickens Stadium. Downtown along Main Street keeps the older, smaller blocks of the original town.
A Stillwater map poster is a natural fit for OSU graduates, for faculty, and for families who came for a degree and stayed. The contrast between the open campus and the tight grid gives it a clear, readable structure.

Compass-aligned grid
The streets follow the survey lines of the Land Run era. They extend in straight north–south and east–west lines across the prairie.
Stillwater Creek
The creek bends through the southern and western parts of town. It adds a soft curve and ribbons of green to the otherwise straight plan.
