Central street grid
The heart of town is laid out in a regular grid of blocks, a pattern common to Ecuadorian lowland towns that reads as a neat, even texture on a black-and-white print.

Ventanas Map Poster & Print
Ventanas lies in the province of Los Ríos, in the wide, low basin that drains toward the Guayas river system. The land here is almost perfectly flat, so the town's plan is shaped less by relief than by roads and waterways. From above, a tight grid of blocks forms the centre, with streets thinning out into farm tracks and fields at the edges.
The surrounding countryside is intensively farmed, and Ventanas is widely known in Ecuador as a centre of maize production, often called the country's corn capital. Rice, bananas and cacao are also grown across the province. That agricultural setting shows on the map as a sharp contrast between the dense urban core and the open, lightly drawn land around it.
A Ventanas map poster keeps that contrast legible: the regular blocks of the town, the main roads leaving it for neighbouring towns in Los Ríos, and the water that crosses the plain. It is a quiet, orderly composition, well suited to anyone with family roots in the town or a connection to Ecuador's coastal lowlands.

Rivers and drainage
Watercourses cross the flat terrain around Ventanas, part of the network feeding the Guayas basin, adding soft curving lines against the straight streets of the town.
Farmland edges
Beyond the built-up area the map quickly opens into fields and rural roads, marking the transition from town to the maize-growing countryside that defines the region.
