Weiji Map Poster & Print
Weiji is a town in the north of Jiangsu province in eastern China, within the wider Xuzhou area. The land here belongs to the broad, low plain of northern Jiangsu, and the map makes that obvious: roads run long and straight, blocks are laid out on regular lines, and there is little in the terrain to make the street plan bend. Farmland extends from the town in every direction.
Seen from above, this flatness produces a clear, orderly composition. Wide main roads frame the centre, newer districts add larger blocks toward the edges, and field boundaries carry the geometry out into the countryside. Where small watercourses cross the plain, they interrupt the grid with a few softer strokes, which keeps the drawing from feeling mechanical and gives it a natural balance.
A Weiji map poster turns this plain-country order into a quiet graphic. The regularity of the streets reads almost like an architectural plan, while the countryside at the margins keeps it grounded in a real, working landscape. It is a considered way to remember a hometown in northern Jiangsu, or a place where an important chapter of life unfolded.

Expanding town edges
Newer districts at the edge of town show as larger, more regular blocks, making it easy to see on the map where the built-up area meets the surrounding fields.
Field and water lines
Beyond the streets, field boundaries and small watercourses extend the pattern into the countryside, adding fine lines that frame the town like the margins of a technical drawing.
