Zhushan Map Poster & Print
Zhushan lies in the eastern part of Chongqing Municipality, a region of steep, folded hills drained by streams that eventually reach the Yangtze. Level land is scarce, so settlement concentrates wherever the valley floor widens, and the map shows a compact core surrounded by slopes and terraced fields.
Roads here rarely run straight for long. They curve along hillsides, double back to gain height and follow streams between ridges. The town's own streets are short and tightly packed, with the pattern changing wherever the ground tilts, which gives the map a restless, flowing energy.
A Zhushan map poster translates this terrain into linework: dense streets in the valley, sweeping roads above it, and thin water lines between. Even without contours, the shape of the land comes through clearly in the way every line bends. It is a fine example of a place where geography dictates the plan.
