Ceará River mouth
The river that marks much of the boundary with Fortaleza widens into an estuary before meeting the ocean. On the print it is a pale break between two urban fabrics and easy to find.

Caucaia Map Poster & Print
Caucaia spreads along the coast of Ceará directly west of Fortaleza. On a map, the Ceará River is the main thing separating the two as it reaches the sea. The municipality covers a wide territory, so the frame takes in dense neighbourhoods near the capital, open ground further inland and a shoreline that runs for kilometres toward the northwest.
The coast is what most visitors know. Beach districts such as Icaraí and Cumbuco sit along the Atlantic edge. Cumbuco is known for steady trade winds that draw kitesurfers for much of the year. Behind the beaches, sand dunes and shallow lagoons break the street pattern into softer, irregular shapes that read clearly in black and white.
A Caucaia map poster holds two textures at once. One is the tighter blocks of the older town centre and the suburbs that merge with Fortaleza. The other is the looser coastal settlements, where roads follow the dunes and the shoreline. The straight beach edge against the scattered inland roads gives the composition a clear horizon and plenty of breathing room.

Cumbuco shoreline
A beach settlement on the northwestern coast, known for its reliable wind. On the map its streets run close to the sand, with dunes and lagoons shaping the land behind them.
Dunes and lagoons
Inland of the beaches, shallow lagoons and sand ridges leave open space between road networks. They give the poster calm white areas that contrast with the denser grid nearer the capital.

Miért Caucaia?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
People who grew up here, spent a season on the coast or learned to kite at Cumbuco often want a reminder that shows the whole stretch at once, from the edge of Fortaleza to the open beaches. You can set your own title and subtitle, add a date, and keep or edit the coordinates line.
Choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Sand suits a coastal map well. The $9 digital download includes six print sizes as 300 DPI PNGs and print-ready PDFs. You can also order a matte printed poster, framed if you like.
