Highway spine
The main road crosses the frame and holds the town together. Most streets come off it, which gives the map a strong central line.

Chã Grande Map Poster & Print
Chã Grande is in Pernambuco, on the route that runs west from Recife toward the Agreste. In Portuguese, chã means a plateau or flat upland, and the name fits: the town sits higher than the coastal plain, where the land begins to rise and the climate cools. Many travellers know it as one of the towns they pass through on the way inland.
On a map, the town stretches out along its main road, and side streets branch off where the ground allows. Where the terrain is gentle, blocks are fairly regular. Toward the edges they become looser and follow the slopes, and rural roads and farmland take over. The shape is long rather than round, like many Brazilian towns that grew along a highway.
A Chã Grande map poster works for people who grew up here, families with ties to the interior of Pernambuco, or anyone who knows the road between the coast and the highlands. The design stays simple and keeps the town's lengthwise shape and the break between its streets and the open land around it.

Upland setting
Chã Grande sits on higher ground inland from the coast, and at the edges streets bend to follow the terrain instead of a strict grid.
Rural fringe
Past the built-up area, farm tracks and scattered roads take over. They frame the town with a lighter, more open texture.

Miért Chã Grande?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
A hometown on the road inland stays in memory as a stop between two worlds, the coast and the sertão. This map keeps that in view. It suits a living room or a study, or works as a gift for someone who has moved away.
Add your own title, a subtitle such as a family name or a meaningful date, and your preferred coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand to match the room.
