Ebebiyin Map Poster & Print
Ebebiyin lies in the far north-east of Río Muni, the mainland part of Equatorial Guinea, and serves as capital of Kié-Ntem province. Its position is what defines it: the town stands close to the point where the borders of Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon and Gabon meet, and roads from each of the three countries run into it through the surrounding forest.
That location has made Ebebiyin a place of trade, with goods and people moving back and forth between neighbouring markets. On the map, the centre is a modest grid of streets with a clear main axis, while the connecting roads leave in several directions and quickly disappear into dense green cover. It is one of the principal towns on the mainland after Bata.
An Ebebiyin map poster presents that meeting point in clean lines. The town sits near the centre, the approach roads extend toward the edges of the frame, and the forest leaves broad open areas around them. For anyone who knows the border region, it is a simple and recognisable portrait of a crossroads town.

Converging roads
Routes from Cameroon, Gabon and the rest of Río Muni run toward the town and join its streets, forming a star-like pattern around the centre.
Forest setting
Dense forest surrounds the built-up area, leaving large open spaces on the map and giving the town a clear, compact outline.
