Old centre
Narrow streets and closely packed plots create an irregular, dense core. On the poster it is the darkest and most detailed part of the map.

Gariadhar Map Poster & Print
Gariadhar is a town in Bhavnagar district, on the Saurashtra peninsula of Gujarat. The land around it is mostly flat and agricultural. On a map, the town is a compact, closely built centre of narrow streets, surrounded by more open recent building. Main roads leave in several directions toward neighbouring towns and villages.
Like many towns in Saurashtra, Gariadhar is a local centre for trade and services for the surrounding farming villages. Its older streets developed gradually, not according to a single plan, so they bend and meet at irregular angles. Newer areas on the edges tend to follow straighter lines.
A Gariadhar map poster shows these two kinds of order. The dense pattern of the old centre looks like a fine piece of handwork, and the roads leading into the countryside give the map its structure. Surrounded by open space, the town reads clearly and simply.

Radiating roads
Several main roads lead out of town in different directions. They form long lines that connect Gariadhar with nearby villages and towns.
Farmland edge
Beyond the built-up area the plain opens into fields. Only a few roads and tracks cross it, which gives the frame an open, quiet border.
