Regional capital core
The centre of Goaso gathers administrative and market streets into a small, dense patch that anchors the whole composition and reads clearly even at the smallest print size.

Goaso Map Poster & Print
Goaso sits in the forested west of Ghana and serves as the capital of the Ahafo Region, created in 2019 when the former Brong-Ahafo Region was divided. From above, the town reads as a modest cluster of streets where regional roads meet, with the built area thinning quickly into farmland and tree cover. It is a place defined more by its setting than by any grand plan.
On a black-and-white map, that setting becomes the story. The central streets form a loose, irregular knot, and the routes leading out stretch like threads toward neighbouring towns. Between them, the rendering leaves wide quiet spaces where the land is given over to cultivation. The contrast between a small dense core and open surroundings gives the composition a calm, almost diagrammatic balance.
A Goaso map poster suits anyone with ties to Ahafo, whether through family, work in the cocoa economy or years spent in the region. The Ahafo area is widely known for cocoa farming and for its forest reserves, and the map hints at that agricultural landscape through the way the street network gives way so quickly to open ground.

Radiating roads
Roads leave town in several directions toward neighbouring Ahafo communities, drawing long lines across the sheet that give the poster its underlying structure.
Farmland margins
Beyond the last streets, the map opens into wide untouched space, a quiet reminder of the cocoa farms and forest that surround the town on every side.
