New residential blocks
Planned housing developments appear as compact grids and short loops. They are sharply defined against the open land around them and clearly newer than the roads that link them.

Gueznaia Map Poster & Print
Gueznaia is a commune just outside Tangier, in the far north-west of Morocco, where the city's growth has spilled beyond its old boundaries. Its coordinates put it on rolling, increasingly built-up land between Tangier's western districts and the Atlantic coast, close to the Strait of Gibraltar and the northern tip of Africa.
Much of what the map shows here is recent. New residential quarters, laid out in blocks and cul-de-sacs, sit beside older rural hamlets, farm tracks and patches of open ground that have not yet been built on. That mix makes an uneven and interesting drawing, with pockets of dense, regular streets surrounded by looser, older lines.
Its position is its defining feature. Tangier's port, medina and bay lie a short drive to the east, and the ocean shore is close to the west. A Gueznaia map poster records a place in the middle of change, a snapshot of a suburb whose shape is likely to look different within a few years.

Rural traces
Older hamlets and winding farm tracks remain between the developments, giving the map the mix of geometric and organic lines typical of a growing urban edge.
Between city and ocean
The commune lies between Tangier and the Atlantic, so framing the map a little wider brings in the coastline and shows how the area relates to both the city and the sea.

Miért Gueznaia?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
A map of Gueznaia makes sense for someone who has just moved into one of its new quarters or built a house there. Because the area is changing quickly, a dated poster becomes a record of the neighbourhood as it looked when you arrived.
Use the subtitle for the move-in date and the title for the street or family name. Pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and get six print sizes as PNG and PDF for $9, with no watermark.
