The Theel valley
The river runs through the middle of town and sets the orientation of the whole centre. Older streets run parallel to the water, and newer ones branch off uphill.

Lebach Map Poster & Print
Lebach lies in the centre of Saarland, in the valley of the Theel, a small river that flows south toward the Prims. The town grew along the valley floor, and on a map the core forms a compact knot near the water. Residential streets then climb the surrounding hillsides in curving loops that follow the terrain.
Several villages that are now part of Lebach sit in the countryside around it. Each has its own small street cluster, separated from the others by fields and patches of forest. The overall map looks less like one city than a constellation: a main town in the valley with satellite settlements scattered across rolling ground.
A Lebach map poster shows this structure clearly. The Theel runs as a slim line through the centre, roads leave the valley in several directions, and contour-driven streets give the edges a soft, rounded look. It is a very typical Saarland pattern of valley town and upland villages, drawn without colour or clutter.

Hillside loops
Housing areas on the valley sides use curving, looping streets that trace the contours. From above they form rounded, almost fingerprint-like patterns.
Outlying villages
Surrounding districts appear as separate islands of streets set among fields and woodland. They give the map a spread-out, rhythmic composition.

Miért Lebach?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
Lebach is the kind of place people carry with them: a hometown, a school town, or the place a family settled. A clean map of its valley and villages makes a thoughtful gift for someone who grew up here or who has moved away from Saarland.
Add your own title, a subtitle such as a year or street name, and the coordinates line, then choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The digital HD set costs $9 and includes six print sizes. Framed or unframed prints are also available.
