Marktoberdorf Map Poster & Print
Marktoberdorf is the seat of the Ostallgäu district in Bavarian Swabia, set in the rolling pastureland of the Allgäu with the Alps visible to the south. The map shows a compact centre on a rise, where the main streets meet, and newer districts spreading across gentler ground below. Farmland, small woods and scattered villages fill the surroundings.
At the top of the old town stand the Baroque parish church of St. Martin and a former summer palace of the prince-bishops of Augsburg. Together they give the centre a clear focal point. On the map, the streets bend around this hilltop, and roads lead out across the countryside in several directions.
The town is widely known as the home of the Fendt tractor company. It also hosts an international chamber choir competition that brings choirs from around the world. A Marktoberdorf map poster brings together the hilltop core, the outer districts and the open Allgäu landscape in a calm, balanced composition.

Allgäu countryside
Rolling pasture, patches of woodland and small villages surround the town, giving the map a soft, open texture beyond the built-up area.
Industrial edge
The large works of the tractor manufacturer occupy their own area of town. Their broad blocks contrast with the finer residential streets.
